From 3D printing to challenging projects: the story of NOPIY

It all started with my interest in 3D printing. When I discovered what was possible, my curiosity grew quickly. For me, Nowel Ooievaar, the founder of NOPIY, it was a world that opened up.

As experience increased, the projects became more and more challenging. One of the most interesting projects so far was building a time trial bike. Quite a challenge, if you consider everything that had to be taken into account. Not only did it have to be well designed, but things such as aerodynamics, materials and safety also had to be thought out down to the last detail.

Comfort and control
